individual, group or institutions that can place a claim on DOP’s
resources, and services or is affected by DOP’s outputs/services.
The internal stakeholders of DOP are:
- Administrative setup.
- Staff members.
The external key stakeholders
of DOP are:
- Different government agencies including Ministries,
Departments,
Universities, Higher Secondary Councils and SLC Boards including
other educational institutions.
- Public enterprises/corporations and nongovernmental
organizations,
- Nepal Rastra Bank including commercial, development
banks and financial institutions,
Airlines and tourism sectors,
- Several business organizations under private sector.
- Donors or development partners etc.
- Different local body.
- Constitutional body.
